The Doctor’s Intensive Care
Elena had been suffering from a persistent, maddening itch in her breasts for weeks. Desperate for relief, she booked an appointment with the first specialist available in the city. When she entered the sterile, white office, her heart hammered against her ribs. Dr. Julian Thorne was imposing, with sharp eyes and a clinical demeanor that left her feeling exposed before she had even removed her clothes.
After a brief consultation, Julian’s voice turned commanding. “Undress completely and climb onto the table,” he ordered. Elena hesitated, her face flushing. “But my problem is only with my breasts,” she whispered. Julian didn’t blink. “I am the physician; I know what is required. If you are unwilling, you may leave.” The itch was unbearable, and the authority in his voice sparked a strange, nervous thrill in her. She obeyed, slipping into a thin gown that did little to hide her trembling form.
The examination began with a deceptive softness. His gloved fingers palped her breasts, circling her areolas with a precision that made her breath hitch. Then, the tone shifted. He began to squeeze firmly, searching for nodules, his grip tightening until Elena gasped. He moved to her nipples, pinching them with a force that blurred the line between medical necessity and something far more intense. “Arms above your head,” he commanded, producing a syringe.
The procedure was grueling. He inserted the needle directly into her sensitive tissue to aspirate suspected fluid. Elena cried out, the sharp pain radiating through her chest, but Julian remained unmoved. “Hold still,” he murmured, his eyes locked on her reaction. He repeated the process on the other side, ignoring her pleas for him to stop, his focus entirely on the extraction. When he decided the manual effort wasn’t enough, he called his assistant to bring the aspiration machine.
The suction was overwhelming. As the machine pulled at her breasts, Elena screamed, her body arching off the table. To ensure her cooperation, the assistant placed a cannula in her mouth, silencing her cries into muffled whimpers. For a long time, she was at the mercy of the machine and the doctor’s clinical gaze, her breasts feeling heavy and spent. The climax of the treatment came when Julian inserted drainage catheters into each nipple, fixing them to her areolas with medical tape. The sensation was an agonizing, electric heat that left her sobbing.
Just as Elena thought she could escape, Julian stopped her from dressing. “I’m not finished,” he said, his voice dropping an octave. He performed a rigorous pelvic exam, using a speculum and a freezing irrigation fluid that made her shudder. “This is even worse than your breasts,” he noted with a smirk. To conclude the session, he administered heavy antibiotics via deep intramuscular injections in her glutes. The liquid burned as it entered her muscles, leaving her breathless and trembling.
As she dressed, her breasts felt tender and swollen. Julian leaned in close, his breath warm against her ear. “Return in three days. The next treatment will be far more severe. And do not wear a bra; I want your breasts hanging free so the catheters can drain everything.” Elena left the office with a mixture of dread and an unexpected, pulsing anticipation for her next visit.
