The Architect of Devotion
David had always been drawn to Maria’s enigmatic presence at the office. She was a vision of sharp contrasts—pale, porcelain skin against a waterfall of raven hair, and a smile that seemed to hide a thousand secrets. When she finally accepted his invitation to dinner, he felt as though he had won a prize he didn’t deserve. The evening had been a blur of expensive wine and the intoxicating scent of her perfume, leading finally to her secluded villa, hidden behind a wall of lush, emerald hedges.
He awoke in total darkness, the air heavy and still. As consciousness returned, David realized with a jolt of terror that he was completely immobilized. Cold steel clamped his wrists and ankles to a hard, concrete floor. A heavy collar locked his neck in place, and a rigid brace held his head stationary. Most unsettling of all was the smooth, clinical feel of a tube sliding deep into his throat, keeping his jaw parted and his breath shallow.
Suddenly, a harsh light flooded the small chamber. David looked up to see Maria peering down at him. She wasn’t the shy colleague he thought he knew; her eyes sparkled with a predatory, manic brilliance. She looked at him not as a lover, but as a piece of equipment.
“Hello, David,” she whispered, her voice dripping with a terrifying sweetness. “I hope you’re getting comfortable. You’ll have plenty of time to adjust, because this is where you’ll spend the rest of your life.”
David tried to scream, but the tube rendered him mute, reducing his protests to wet, guttural gurgles. Maria began to explain her vision of absolute devotion. To her, the ultimate expression of love wasn’t a shared home or a wedding ring; it was total surrender. She desired a human receptacle, a living extension of her own body’s waste system.
She detailed the intricate engineering of his new existence. Above him sat a reservoir connected to a high-tech macerator. She had designed a system where she could use a standard toilet in her home, and through a series of pumps and timed valves, everything she expelled would be processed into a liquid slurry and delivered directly into David’s throat.
“It’s almost romantic, don’t you think?” she mused, tracing a finger along the edge of the concrete wall. “Every part of me will become a part of you. You will consume every drop, every gram, without question or escape. You are no longer a man, David. You are my personal utility.”
As she turned to leave, the first hum of the machinery echoed through the small room. David felt the reservoir above him begin to fill. The timed valve clicked open, and a warm, thick stream began to flow down the tube. He gagged, his stomach churning in instinctive revolt, but the system was efficient. He had no choice but to swallow. He was now the silent, hidden foundation of Maria’s perfect life, bound in steel and concrete, destined to serve her most intimate needs for eternity.
