Lessons in the Countryside
At eighteen, I felt the restlessness of a small rural town pressing in on me. I needed a way out, or at least a way to occupy my time, so when Miguel offered me a position as his assistant, I jumped at the chance. Miguel was a veterinarian in his early forties, a rugged man with a commanding presence and a quick wit that immediately drew me in.
Our days were spent traveling the dusty backroads, visiting farms and tending to livestock. There was an effortless chemistry between us, a playful tension that manifested in inside jokes and lingering glances. One afternoon, while observing the raw power of nature during a breeding session on a farm, I felt a sudden, electric surge of desire. Miguel noticed my distraction. He stepped close, his presence overwhelming my senses, and whispered a joke that felt more like an invitation.
The air between us thickened, charged with a hunger that had been building for months. When he finally pressed me against the weathered fence, the world outside disappeared. His kiss was demanding, a release of all the restraint he had practiced. In the heat of the afternoon sun, we surrendered to a passion that was as wild and untamed as the landscape surrounding us.
