The Design of Desire
Kenya had always been focused on her industrial design studies, especially after a difficult breakup. She wasn’t looking for love, but the university’s anniversary project changed everything. She was assigned to group A89, where she met Adriana, a fifth-year student who was as enigmatic as she was beautiful. With her reddish-brown hair and a deep, husky voice, Adriana was an irresistible mystery.
For months, Kenya watched her from a distance. Adriana was serious and reserved, yet brief glances and knowing smiles told Kenya the attraction was mutual. The tension built steadily until the final week of the project, when the group pulled an all-nighter at a teammate’s house.
As the others fell asleep, Kenya and Adriana remained awake, huddled over a blueprint. Their hands brushed, and the electric spark was undeniable. Adriana leaned in, her voice a low murmur against Kenya’s ear, admitting she had been waiting for this moment since the day they met. The air between them thickened with a hunger that no academic achievement could satisfy.
Kenya turned to face her, their breaths mingling. When Adriana finally kissed her, it was a collision of long-suppressed longing. The blueprints were forgotten, pushed aside as they explored each other with a desperate, feverish intensity. In the quiet of the night, they discovered a chemistry more complex and beautiful than any design they had ever created.
