The Secret of the River
Javi had always been the observer, lingering on the banks of the crystal-clear river while the other boys leaped from the high cliffs. He watched them with a mixture of longing and nervousness, his eyes always drifting toward Iván. Iván was a force of nature—strong, confident, and possessing a physical presence that left Javi breathless. In his white briefs, Iván’s impressive silhouette was impossible to ignore, a sight that made Javi’s heart race and his own body ache with a desire he barely understood.
Javi feared the deep water, a terror that kept him clinging to the shallows. But one afternoon, Iván stepped out of the current, his eyes locking onto Javi’s. “Come on, Javi,” he whispered, his voice a low rumble. “I’ve got you. I won’t let you sink.” The promise of Iván’s touch was too much to resist.
As Javi stripped away his clothes, he felt the heat of the sun and the intensity of Iván’s gaze. When they finally entered the water, the cool current clashed with the heat radiating between them. Iván pulled him close, their bodies colliding in a rush of adrenaline and longing. In the hidden cove, away from the world, Javi discovered that the only thing more terrifying than the deep water was the depth of his love for Iván.
