Summer Secrets at the Estate
The drive to my grandfather’s country estate was thick with a tension that had nothing to do with the humid air. Beside me sat Jorge, my cousin and my secret lover. We had long since moved past the boundaries of family, finding a passionate, private world that belonged only to us. Every time the driver, Alberto, looked away, Jorge’s hand would find my thigh, his fingers grazing the fabric of my trousers with a promise that made my heart race.
Alberto was a striking man—twenty-seven, lean and muscular from years of hard labor, with dark eyes that seemed to see everything and nothing all at once. As I watched him navigate the winding roads, I couldn’t help but admire the way his jeans hugged his frame. While I was usually the dominant one in my relationships, there was something about Alberto’s rugged strength that sparked a forbidden curiosity in my mind.
Upon arriving at the estate, the heat of the afternoon seemed to amplify the electricity between the three of us. As Alberto helped with the luggage, his eyes met mine in the rearview mirror, a silent challenge passing between us. Jorge noticed the lingering gaze, but instead of jealousy, a dark, knowing smile played on his lips. He leaned in, whispering that perhaps this summer required a new kind of adventure, one that included the silent strength of their driver.
