The Sweetness of Skin
The anticipation had been building for weeks, a slow burn ignited by messages and longing. When he finally stepped through my door on that Saturday afternoon, the air in the room seemed to vibrate. I felt the familiar flutter of butterflies in my stomach, a nervous energy that always surfaced whenever he was near. I had dressed for him, wearing a sheer, bohemian-style summer skirt that flowed around my legs, paired with black stockings and my favorite silver stiletto heels. A delicate white off-the-shoulder top completed the look, hiding the black lace lingerie that clung to my skin.
We retreated to the bedroom, the sanctuary where the world outside ceased to exist. I tied my long hair back into a ponytail, wanting nothing to get in the way of our connection. As he undressed, I admired the constellations of freckles across his skin and the perfect proportions of his frame. He moved toward me with a hunger that mirrored my own, his hands sliding firmly up my thighs, grazing the lace of my stockings.
When his lips finally met mine, the world dissolved into a blur of heat and sensation. Every touch was a revelation, every gasp a confession of how much we had missed one another. We tangled together on the sheets, the friction of skin on skin sending electric shocks through my nerves. He knew exactly where to touch, how to press, and how to make me ache for more. In that moment, there was no past or future, only the rhythmic pulse of our hearts beating as one in the golden afternoon light.
